Hair Loss - Standard Poodle

This is my own story of our standard poodle, Abbi, who suddenly lost a patch of hair under her bottom lip. The normally black skin looked white and somewhat puffy where the hair had fallen out. I did a BodyTalk treatment on her (using a surrogate) following the "regular" protocol and the major link that came up was parasites to emotional event (we had left her in the care of our sons over a weekend). My husband - who could not understand how the sudden hair loss could be related to a parasite - consulted a veterinarian who, to his surprise, confirmed that the problem was probably caused by a mite. A second treatment the next day had only five elements come up. Within three days, the skin changed colour and hair began to grow back. The dog's immune system was able to deal with the parasite after the BodyTalk treatment without using any other form of intervention.
